Celebrate the 4th of July on Your Outdoor Patio

Do you have an outdoor patio set? Consider yourself lucky then, as Summer is upon us, and barbecue season along with it. Independence Day is just around the corner, which is a great opportunity for a garden party, family barbecue, or a simple get-together with friends.

When planning for a 4th of July celebration, an obvious theme to go with would be America’s colors of red, white and blue. Party streamers in these colors can be strung around your patio area, from trees, hedges, or support beams if you have any. Patriotic cut out, foil, paper or cardboard stars make lovely outside patio decor for the festivities as well.

If you have a garden pond or fountain, consider installing LED or solar lights to add a touch of excitement and splendor to your yard. If you’re gathering is going to include a bunch of guests, a fountain light show would be a brilliant way to add atmosphere to the evening.

End the evening with a laser light show, music and fireworks display. Your outdoor patio is the perfect place to celebrate the summer festivities with family and friends.
